After staying in a place for a long time, we will begin to get tired of it. Maybe it is also a reason why we like to travel. We are willing to try new things, see the world, listen to strangers about their lives, and taste the delicious food we have never eaten.

But we began to love travel, and began to love the freedom of walking should be started from this trip to Sichuan, in this sense, we are not to escape and travel, this trip is let us find the love of freedom of walking. Sometimes, travel gives us the opportunity to stop living and working repeatedly every day, and then have a time to put everything down and experience a different life. When we decided to travel in Sichuan, we began to collect travel strategies online. At that time, the most popular travel website was mill. At that time, the travel information was not so rich. At that time, Shuangliu Airport was not big, and airport buses were not hard to find. The airport bus soon brought us to the urban area of Chengdu, and the journey of Sichuan is the real beginning.

Travel Tips

Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport is located in the north of Shuangliu County, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province, 16km away from the center of Chengdu. Chengdu Airport Expressway connects with the built-up area of Chengdu City.

At that time, budget business hotels were not well developed, and we didn't know how to sell the wool of five-star hotels (now we know that five-star hotels often have points and special offers, but sometimes they are more cost-effective than ordinary hotels).

To tell you the truth, this hotel style apartment is not the kind with very bad conditions. It just doesn't have the service staff who greets you with a smile and doesn't meet other friends on the journey. It always seems that it's not so warm. Relatively speaking, we prefer the kind of foreign family inn, which is economical, clean and warm. Our own house is especially cherished by the host family. The rooms may not be very luxurious, but they are clean and tidy. Tourists from all over the world often gather in the public kitchen and living room to talk about the fun of the journey. The host's family comes back occasionally to give some advice on local tourism. The feeling of having a home is really helpful on the way.

Although the first day's accommodation is not satisfactory, the place to live is very close to Chengdu Xinnanmen station, which is just a few steps away. Many tourist buses in Sichuan start here, such as those to Jiuzhaigou, Emeishan and Leshan. Because we had to take a bus to Jiuzhaigou early the next morning, so after we bought the ticket in advance, we simply ate and went to bed early. The next day was a 12 hour ride.

Now looking back, we really had good luck in our trip. We came to Sichuan at the end of September 2007. The next year, there was a big earthquake in May. We took a bus from Chengdu to Jiuzhaigou. All the way, we passed through Yingxiu, Wenchuan and Maoxian, the hardest hit areas in the earthquake. So sometimes life is so fragile. We used to walk in the streets of Wenchuan, bought telephone IC cards in Maoxian post office, and bought apples with local aunts in Yingxiu street. However, in the earthquake, this place became a ruin. Now we only have to sigh in memory.

At that time, this tourist bus was still very popular. Almost all the cars were full, and the tickets needed to be purchased in advance. The tour bus goes through the mountain road, passing Dujiangyan, Yingxiu, Wenchuan, Maoxian, Songpan all the way from Chengdu to Jiuzhaigou. It's really a route through the hardest hit areas. We will stop at several places to let everyone have a rest and have lunch at noon. Many times we drove on the edge of a cliff, on a small road, and we didn't dare to speak out in the car, but fortunately, the scenery along the way was good. We started at 8 a.m. and one arrived at Jiuzhaigou at about 9 p.m.

Travel Tips

Most tourists to Jiuzhaigou pass through Chengdu. Those who have economic conditions can fly directly to Jiuhuang airport, while those who travel by themselves mostly choose to take tourist buses.

The bus starts from Chengdu: there is a special tourist bus to Jiuzhaigou at Xinnanmen tourist bus station in Chengdu, which starts at 8 a.m. every day. There are long-distance buses at Ximen station (on yingmenkou Road) all the year round, which can reach Jiuzhaigou Huanglong directly. There are day shift (7:30) and night shift sleeper buses, which start at night and arrive at dawn.

The Jiuzhai ring line from Chengdu to Jiuzhaigou has been reconstructed and completed, and the road condition is much better than before. Jiuzhaigou ring road is an important tourism trunk line in Sichuan Province, which runs through some excellent scenic spots in Sichuan Province. The total length of the Jiuzhaigou ring road is 913 km. It starts from Chengdu and ends at Jiuzhaigou. It is divided into east line and west line. The driving time of the East-West ring road is about 9-10 hours. That is to say, there are two roads from Chengdu to Jiuzhaigou.

We looked at him with wide eyes and he said it was normal that he met too many people on the journey. Then he analyzed the details of all kinds of clues he had just found in his conversation with them. So we went to a snack bar outside the guest house.

The experience of the snack bar once again confirmed Phil's shrewdness in his travel. Jiuzhaigou is located in zhangzha Town, Jiuzhaigou County, Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province. It is a branch of Baihe River in the upper reaches of baishuigou. It is named after nine Tibetan villages (also known as Heyao Jiuzhai). Due to the high altitude, the average is more than 2000m, so many dishes here are less than 100 ° It's boiling. 1. Today's Jiuzhaigou accommodation has been extremely convenient. It's just that the price will be tight in peak season. It's better to call in advance.

2. There are many snack bars near the mouth of Jiuzhaigou, and the price is reasonable. Because Jiuzhaigou is at a higher altitude, and the sun is relatively high, you should try to eat more vegetables when traveling. If you have altitude sickness, rest more on the day, do not take a bath, you can eat Rhodiola to prevent.

Jiuzhaigou is beautiful all year round, autumn is the best time to visit. But even in summer, the temperature difference is very big, so you should bring enough warm and cold proof clothes. It's usually sunny in the morning and hot at noon. In the afternoon, it's windy and cold, and the temperature drops to very low in the evening.
